Delivery

How long will it take?

We will confirm an estimated delivery date for every order but no longer than 4 to 6 weeks from the time you finalise your order and we will be working hard to get it to you even quicker than that. We will let you know if there is a problem but ring or email us at any time if you have questions.

I don’t know what sizes to order?

We can supply you with sample sets if you want. We have to charge you a deposit but we will give you that back when you return them. Just ring or email our customer service and we will arrange. Unfortunately once we customise your kit it can’t be returned unless it is faulty when it arrives so be careful when you order.

How is it delivered?

A local or overseas courier will deliver it to your delivery address. You need to make sure that somebody is there to sign and take delivery so a business address is best.

Is there a delivery Charge?

Yes, $10 for all orders, if your order is over $250 we will deliver your order for free within Australia.

Products

My club strip is not in your range?

We can’t have every colour combination available, but we might be able to have it made up for you. Please contact us on our customer service telephone number or by email and we will check if your colour combination can be made and approximately how long it will take to be delivered. We are updating and expanding colour combinations all the time so please be sure to ask.

I want a new logo or I don’t have artwork

We have designers on board who will liaise with you to get your design right. We don’t produce anything until you confirm that it looks exactly as you want.

Is it FFV approved ?

Pelada is an FFV-Approved supplier for match day playing kits and match day balls.

Customisation

Badges - what is the difference between printed, woven and Embroidery?

Printed badges are produced using the highest quality inks to ensure durability and the best possible finish, each badge design is created into a screen or template, a different screen is required for each colour. Screen printing produces a more durable and longer lasting finish as compared to heat transferred processes.

Woven badges are produced as a separate woven badge, they are designed to be unique to your club and are stitched directly to the shirt this is a more traditional style of badge.

Embroidery badges are stitched direct onto the shirt and are again designed uniquely for each club.

Why is there a setup fee for badges and sponsor logo’s?

Printed badges and logo’s - Once the design has been created a separate screen for each colour needs to be created and each colour is applied separately. Due to the high number of different designs new screens are created for all new orders.

Woven badges – each design is first created on a computer before the badge can be created, considerable time and care is taken to ensure positioning of the badge is correct for each shirt.

Embroidery – each badge is first created on a computer, considerable time and care is taken to ensure positioning of the shirt before the badge can be stitched directly to the shirt.
